Simon is a special boy dear to my heart. He is the son of Maurice’s cousin Jeannie, who was our match maker. I got the privilege to make his 1st and 2nd birthday cake before they moved away to Japan. He just turned 6 years old a few week ago. I miss him and the whole family.  In his honor I dedicate this post to him.

For the Mickey Mouse cake I used fondant and butter cream. The Winnie The Pooh cake I used Wilton fondant and gum paste to create all the characters.
