Peeps always make an appearance at most Easter celebrations. I wanted to make a simple not time consuming Easter treat to give as favors to the kids. I was able to make these bunny peeps sitting on grass in 30 minutes.
What you will need:
Bunny Peeps any color
White chocolate melts
Shredded coconut
Green food color
Jellybeans
Mini cupcake pan
Plastic wrap
Add green food color to coconut.
Mix coconut until covered in green.
Melt chocolate and mix with a little green food coloring.
Cover cupcake pan with plastic wrap.
Add spoonful of melted chocolate to cupcake pan and spread out.
Place one peep and two jellybeans on each section. Cover any chocolate space with coconut.
Refrigerate until chocolate has set then remove from plastic.
